Genesis Theatre Arts will be taking part in the towns Christmas Fayre on Saturday 18th November and we are performing dances on stage in town at 5.20pm

DIVERSE DANCE MIX CLASSES!

 

Come and get fit in a fun and friendly environment. In 2015 Darcey Bussell Prima ballerina and well known "Strictly come dancing" judge launched DDMIX -  Diverse dance mix. The aim of DDMIX is to get people moving without being intimidated by the word "dance" or technicality of the steps but  instead receiving a full body workout that's so much fun you don't even notice you're exercising!

 

I was lucky enough to be taught by Darcey and I trained as a professional dancer myself and wanted a fun class to teach to adults now that I'm a mum and have a family of my own, this was the perfect opportunity. I run a theatre school Genesis Theatre Arts and have had parents enquire about adult classes too so I thought this was fantastic.

 

DDMIX incorporates 26 different styles of dance. The most important thing about these classes is to have loads of fun! It doesn't matter how old you are or even if you have never danced before this class is for everyone! Please don't be afraid to come along we will learn a broad genre of routines and styles of dance.

 

 We have classes on a Monday morning from 11.15am - 12 noon and Tuesday evening from 8.15 - 9pm at Champions Manor hall, Hullbridge Rd, SWF, CM3 5LJ.
