How do I order a cake?

Cakes can be ordered by phone or email.  Please complete the cake enquiry form and we will respond with prices and other details. (click here for enquiry form)

 

When should I order my cake?

We will need at least 8 weeks notice for a rich fruit cake as these are made to order and time is needed for the flavour to develop.  For a sponge cake at least 10 days.

 

Do I need to pay a deposit?

A £25 deposit is needed on all cakes except wedding cakes where we require £100.  Please note these deposits are non-refundable and are necessary to secure your order.

 

How do I contact you?

What is the cost of the cake?

The cost will depend on the size and details of your requirements.

 

What size cakes are available?

The cake can be as big or small as you desire.  Please contact us for a quote.

 

What style of cake is available?

All varieties.  Children’s cakes can be numbers; characters, toys and adults could be hobbies and other topics.  The cakes can be traditional royal iced, soft regal ice or chocolate.

 

What kind of occasions/celebrations do you cater for?

Cakes are provided for all occasion – Children and Adult Birthdays Anniversary, Christening, Engagement, Christmas and Corporate events.

 

What flavours are the sponge cakes?

The most popular flavour cakes tend to be vanilla, chocolate and lemon.

 

Is everything on the cake edible?

Please ask at the time of ordering as some of the flowers have wiring.

 

Can I have fresh flowers on my cake to match my bouquet?

Please check with your florist.

 

How many people do the novelty cakes feed?

Let us know how many guests there are and we will make and price accordingly.

 

How many portions will I need?

What if I have my own idea for a cake?

That is not a problem; we can produce a cake from simple sketches.

 

Will you deliver my cake to me?

Cakes can be collected or can be delivered however there is a charge for this service. (click here for delivery options)
