Design Services
By combining our CAD (Computer Aided Design) capabilities with our extensive knowledge and experience of the modern working environment we are able to offer independent and impartial help with the design and planning of your office space.

Following our initial consultation to define your objectives, we will carry out a survey to take the initial dimensions, note positions of windows, radiators, doors, and columns together with any other elements we believe might be crucial in maximising the use of your floor-space.

We have four stages for designing your office space that consist of Consultation, 2D & 3D Layouts, Fully Rendered Visuals & Animated Walkthrough’s to help you make the most from your new office space.
Stage 1: Consultation
First, we will undertake to provide a floorplan based on the initial information taken during our consultation, then selecting product blocks from our extensive library of booths & PODs, we will provide 2D layouts showing the position of various required items, this will give you your first view of your new workspace.
Stage 2: 2D & 3D Layouts
Following any amendments that may be required, we can then undertake to produce a 3D view showing a number of different perspectives.
This allows you to visualise your office from any angle and helps to overcome many of the objections that can occur when planning a major refit or relocation.
Stage 3: Fully Rendered Visuals
Subject to approval of the previous stages, we can then assist by producing fully rendered 3D views of your workspace.
Now we can start adding colours to the Booth & POD products selected as well as wall and flooring finishes to allow you to view your finished workspace, this process allows you to make changes at the planning stage prior to the start of a project and has proved beneficial to many clients.
Stage 4: Animated Walkthrough
Subject to approval of the previous stages, we can then assist by producing fully rendered 3D animated walkthrough of your workspace.
This gives you the opportunity to visualise your designs in 3D and in the materials, you selected, take a walk through your new workspace, this allows you to make any changes before plans and working drawing are signed off for production.
